What are some simple, quick, healthy, virtually no cooking involved meal ideas?!

Question: What are some simple, quick, healthy, virtually no cooking involved meal ideas!?
something as simple and healthy as tuna salad (made with mayo, apples, celery) on top of mixed greens with a slice of whole grain bread!. This is a filling and healthy meal yet it takes barely any work to make!. got any other ideas similar to this!? i'm not necessarily looking for something that's raw when i say "no cooking", just something easy!.
