just take a baking sheet put foil on it so its a little easier to clean then put down parchment paper then lay the bacon out on that paper!. cook it at 350 and anc check it every 5 minutes till its the way you like it!.!. cooling racks are great if you don't have to clean them too much of a mess!.!. with the parchment paper you just throw it away!. the trick with cooking bacon in a pan or skillet is to watch it because if you go to do something else for something that seems real quick the bacon will burn and be horible!.!. done it beforeWww@FoodAQ@Com

when i make bacon in the oven i use a stoneware bar pan that i ordered from pampered chef!. it seems to work extremely well for making bacon!.

if you dont have one of those, you can use a shallow baking pan (something with a rim works best) and line it with foil, but you said you have tried that method before!. you could try parchment paper, pan liners, of just try spraying the foil with cooking spray to keep it from sticking to the pan!. The thing to use is a dedicated rectangle pan (9x12)everyday!. Cook your bacon in the pan 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until your bacon looks kosher!. Remove the bacon and place the pan back in the oven!. Later in the day add cornbread mix to that same pan and bake some cornbread in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If your looking for disposible pans, you can buy an aluminum hotel pan, crumble up some tin foil? and place the bacon over it so the fat drips to the bottom of the pan!. cook til your desired doneness at 375 degrees!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need a rack (looks like a grid or a cooling rack for cookies) to put on top of the baking sheet!. The bacon lies on the rack!. This way the fat falls through and you are left with crispy bacon!. I make it this way all the time!. Yummy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I do mine on just a foil lined sheet too!. At 400 f and flip halfway through, It does tend to stick a little but if you flip alfay not bad and then it won't stick on the other side!. Watch it good though!. It can go from almost done to burnt n a second!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just pop them on a broiler pan, it'll cook it great & drain the fat!. I some times dust mine with some brown sugar before hand then put them on the broiler pan OR a baking sheet lined with parchment paper would would great to!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
