These are the best Chocolate Chip Cookies I have ever made!. Worth the time it takes and the steps to perfection!

Absolutely Amazing Soft Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Cream:

2 cups butter or margarine (1 pound)
2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp!. salt
2 tsp!. vanilla

Then mix in one by one

4 eggs

Next mix in

4 cups flour
2 tsp!. baking soda
2 tsp!. baking powder

And then add

5 cups "blended" oatmeal (process 5 cups of oatmeal, regular
or quick cooking, in your food processor or blender until the
consistency of course flour)

Next, add

1 12 ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 12 ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate chunks (or use another back of chips)
1 12 ounce bag milk chocolate chips
3 cups chopped pecans or walnuts

Roll the chocolate chip cookie dough into golf-ball-sized balls (or use ice cream scoop) and bake for around 10 minutes at 375!. They will be browned but still soft inside!.

Note: You can also substitute brickle chips or peanut butter chips for the nuts or some of the other chips!.

This has got to be the easiest recipe yet for this wonderful cookie!. I call them 1-2-3 1-1-1 Peanut Butter Cookies!.!.!.1-2-3 because they're so fast and easy, 1-1-1 because of the ease in remembering the recipe ingredients!. Don't be put off by the simplicity of it!.!.!.and despite challenges to the contrary, the recipe works WITHOUT flour!.

1-2-3 1-1-1 Peanut Butter Cookies

* 1 cup sugar (you can cut this down to 3/4 cup, if you prefer)
* 1 large egg
* 1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)

Combine sugar and egg in mixing bowl, stirring till smooth!. Add peanut butter and mix in thoroughly!.
Roll into walnut-sized balls!.
Place the balls on ungreased cookie sheets at least 2" apart!.
Flatten with the tines of a fork!.
Turn 90 degrees and use fork again to create cross hatches!.
Bake 10 minutes at 375F (or till done)!. Let cool in pan for 1 minute before removing to cooling rack!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chocolate Chocolate-Chip Cookies

1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!.
In large bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy!. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; stir into the butter mixture until well blended!. Mix in the chocolate chips and walnuts!. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets!.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or just until set!. Cool slightly on the cookie sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely!.

*Chocolate Chip Cookies Without Chocolate Chips*

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/4 cups butter


DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)!.
Cream the butter with the sugar and the honey!. Stir in the eggs and vanilla!. Add the flour and baking soda!. Stir in the chopped candy bars and chopped walnuts!.
Place teaspoon sized cookies about 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet!. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 minutes or until golden brown!.

*Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cookies*

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 cups Original Bisquick? mix
1 teaspoon vanilla
Sugar
36 heart-shaped milk chocolate candies

DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 375 degrees F!. In large bowl, stir milk and peanut butter until smooth!. Stir in Bisquick mix and vanilla!.
Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls!. Roll tops in sugar!. Place sugar side up 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets!.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until bottoms of cookies just begin to brown!. Immediately press chocolate candy into top of each cookie!. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
