Bert C's idea will probably work but you can also cut all the meat off and simmer them in more barbecue sauce on the stove and make chopped barbecue sandwiches!. Just make sure you cut the pieces of meat across the grain!.

It's great on a bun topped with coleslaw!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not really!. It is difficult to tenderize meat, especially ribs, once it has been cooked!. You can try putting them in a roasting pan and set it inside a larger pan partially filled with water!. Cover everything with foil and put it in a low temperature oven!. This might tenderize the meat without drying it out!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't boil the flavor out of your ribs!.

Put them in a covered oven proof dish with a little water!. Heat them at 300 for 20 minutes!. Quicly remove from oven and wrap entire covered dish with a large towel, to hold in the heat, and set on counter!. Do not open the lid!. 20 minutes and they are just right!. This step is called "finishing" on the BBQ circuit!. Don't boil, just finish this way!.They will stay hot in the towel for an hour or better sitting on the counterWww@FoodAQ@Com

I never boil mine first! Sucks the flvaor out!.

But you can wrap them tightly in a foil package, lay on a baking sheet, and bake at about 300-325oF for 2-3 hours!. They will be nice and tender after that!. To dry them out a bit, open wrap and let them brown some the last 30 min of baking!., but keep tightly wrapped/sealed until then!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Boil them, then put the barbecue sauce back on them and put them in the oven for a few minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Probably not!. You can chew on them and spit them back out like a mother bird!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

are they tough or are they cold!? no there isnt anything that you can do!. they might be tough because there cold , warm them up in a oven first!. Do not use a microwave!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nope!. Sorry nothing you can do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Add a little more BBQ Sauce, wrap tightly in foil and bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours!.
