Healthy meals for a teenager with limited cooking skills?!


Question: Healthy meals for a teenager with limited cooking skills!?
Basically, I want to be able to cook myself healthy-ish, easy, lunch and dinner!.

At the moment I am stuck with things like egg and soldiers (haha), vegetable omelletes, vegetable soup, pasta salad!.
I know most of them seem vegetarian, but I'm not lol!.

Any suggestions for things I could cook, or recipes even!?

There are lots of great marinades on the market these days!. Try basting chicken breasts or lean pork and broiling!. Then a simple side salad or steamed veggies!. also, whole grain rice can be made in a large batch and heated as you need it for a quick and easy side or salad base!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
