What brand of supermarket fries are best/healthiest to bake in the oven?!

Question: What brand of supermarket fries are best/healthiest to bake in the oven!?
Answers:
Whether you choose sweet potato fries or white potato fries, read the ingredients!. There are companies out there that don't use any kind of oil with their fries - and that's the brand you want!. I don't remember if they are called "Just Fries" or not but check the ingredients!. Too many frozen foods have fats included and have been previously fried!.

The way I oven "bake" my fries is to take my potato and cut it into beefsteak slices!. Then I place it in a large bowl and spray it with Olive Oil (you can use Pam Olive Oil if you'd like!. Then on the side, I make a mixture of onion powder, garlic powder, fresh ground black pepper, paprika, and just a pinch of sugar!. I stir that all up and sprinkle half on the potatoes!. I give the potatoes a stir to coat and then sprinkle the rest on them and give them another stir!. Then I put them on a mesh screen (if you have one) in a single layer and place it over a cookie sheet!. I bake them at 400o for 30 minutes!. The time is perfect to also bake inside foil, two nice 8 oz fillets of salmon that have a coating of mayonnaise on them, sprinkled with dill and black pepper!. Both are done at the same time!. If you are eating low-fat - you can even use nonfat mayo on the fish!. If you have the mesh screen, you don't have to turn them!. If you don't have one, just place them in a single layer on a sprayed cookie sheet and turn half-way through!.

Your frozen ones work the same as my fresh ones and you can use either fresh russet potatoes or sweet potatoes!. With the frozen ones you might need to cook just a little longer but not much!.
