Answers:
Graham cracker crust!? Many pies use chocolate cookie crumbs or Nilla Wafer crumbs!. What's the filling!?
Ginger -- nothing can replace it as it will completely change the flavor!. However, a cinnamon-flavored filling will go with a chocolate crumb crust!. With Nilla Wafers, try something with cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, or allspice -- take your pick from several different spices to create a zesty flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You might could crush up cookies or cereal with butter and sugar and make a pie crust!. I guess it depends on what you're making!.
Any pie type spice would probably be good in lieu of ginger - cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, etc!.
Did you know you can freeze fresh ginger!? I didn't!.!.!.!. just peel and grate what you need off it and stick it in an air tight container in the freezer and it lasts a long time! Nothing really beats fresh ginger!. lolWww@FoodAQ@Com
