What is the best way to heat up leftover Roast Beef so that it won't all dry out?!
Answers:
Make up some beef gravy (or use leftover if you have it), get it very hot, turn off the heat and then add the slices of beef!. BELIEVE me, if you continue cooking it in the gravy, it will turn out tough!. I like to serve this over garlic mashed potatoes, or a slice of toasted white bread, or over some nice buttered noodles!. Great for a rainy evening!. Yummy!

As a kid, if we had left over roast beef my Mom always did one of two things!. 1!. She would cut it into cubes and put it in a pan with all the left over gravy!. She would slowly heat the gravy and serve it over mashed potatoes and/or fresh bread!. 2!. She would just heat the gravy and we would pour it over the cold roast beef!. It was just enough to take the chill off the roast and it was yummy! Now, with teenagers in my house, I never have leftovers so it's a non-issue for me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
