Hi Skycat ,
Well I don't prepare but I can tell you what I like !.
I find the simple lobster recipes tend to be the best way to enjoy the food!. Lobster is a very special food and does not require a lot of frills to dress it up!. If you do have leftovers (which I find rare but might happen on occasion) you can take the lobster out of the shell and make lobster salad or a lobster po'boy sandwich for the following day's lunch!.

And a good bottle of wine , do you want some!.

my favorite thing to make is some lime chicken!!

buy those thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts and cut them up into strips!. i use !.5 regular and !.5 italian seasoned breadcrumbs!. i mix them together!. you need to coat the strips in egg and then coat them in the breadcrumbs!. i put them in a frying pan and squeeze fresh lime juice over them!. fry until golden!. i like to flip them a couple of times so the lime is cooked into both sides nicely!.

you could pair this with a cool citrus salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
