Oven "fried" chicken with corn flakes recipe?!
I have fresh cut chicken tender strips and I want to make some oven baked "fried chicken!." I have heard of people making fried chicken with corn flakes!. I will have to alternate the corn flakes with rice krispies!. I think it will work!.
Does anyone have any recipes or information that could help me!. Can you bake the chicken instead of frying it and how long should I cook them since they are chicken tender size and not whole breasts!?

NO!. It is not low class at all!.
Crunch up whatever cereal you are using and add some garlic and onion powder, red or black pepper and a little salt!. Dip you tenders in egg and then the crumbs!.
Grease a cookie really well and then cook them at 375 until they are tender and nicely browned!. You don't want to over cook them!. Start checking after 15 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

7 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes? (crushed to 1 3/4 cups)
1 egg
1 cup fat-free milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 pounds chicken pieces, (without or with skin) rinsed and dried
3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
Directions
1!. Place KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal in shallow dish or pan!. Set aside!.
2!. In medium mixing bowl, beat egg and milk slightly!. Add flour, salt and pepper!. Mix until smooth!. Dip chicken in batter!. Coat with cereal!. Place in single layer, in shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray or foil lined!. Drizzle with margarine!.

years ago my sisiter turned me onto cornflake & ranch dressing!.
dip chickenpieces in dressing roll on cornflakes (or sprinkle on top if your wand less crunch) Spead out on cooke sheet bake 15 minn Per pound @ 400degrees!.or until golden brown !.Yummy!. you could probably mix your rk with corn flake if needed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
