I would say to contact another charitable organization,I know my 15 yr!. old son and I do a bake sale every year for the American Cancer Society,(he's had brain cancer twice since the age of 5) but we do this every year!.I think the best thing is to make sure that you have a good variety of things!.I know one year we bought a gifts in a jar cookbook and made some of these and decorated the jars and sold them for $6!.00 each if I remember right!.These sold very well!.(of course w/American Cancer Society you do your fundraising for your Relay For Life team all year round) we did ours in November,so they made good Christmas gifts!.But again make sure you have a good variety, asst!.cookies, breads, cakes, pies, brownies, puppy chow, elephant ears, muffins, etc!. My son and I cook for the whole day before the sale,we even stay up all night baking, but we have fun and it's all for a good cause!.Best of luck to you and God Bless!!
We also go to Gordon Foodservice(It's a large grocery store where you buy in bulk) and we buy the fundraiser boxes of candy bars and sell them for $1!.00 each we sell these at the bake sale and also at our fundraiser garage sale!.!.

Is there a number you can call about donations!? If not, maybe you could change to a local charity!?

It might be they are unsure of how to give permission!. The organization does not want to be held liable for someone using their name if there is a problem!.

Check your local charities and see if they are willing to accept your help!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can't just decide to have a bake sale for a charity and have it!. You need to file with that charity first!. Too many times people have had fundraisers for charities only the charity never received a dime for it!. I know!.!.!.it only takes a few to ruin it for goodhearted people!. I would find a different charity!. If no animal charity will give you permission then what about your local food bank!?!?!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

1st their is no such thing as perfect! Just go on, any organization not answering a donation call does not deserve it!. Find another and good luck, you have a big heart!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
