Question: I need two sides for my fish fillets!. !?
I am making some fish fillet for dinner, what would be two sides that would compliment it!? Like, vegetables!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

How about carrots and a delicious green salad!.
I make my carrots this way!.
6 carrots cleaned and cut in roundels
1 tbsp!.butter
3 tbsp!.olive oil
2 tbsp!.lemon juice
2 tbs!.brown sugar
1/2 cup water
salt,a touch of cayian pepper
1 peanch of Cinnamon
1/2 cup water

In a pot put butter,olive oil and saute carrots for 2-3 min!.
Add the rest of ingredients and cook in med!.heat for 10 min!.
They are tasty,easy to make and add color to your plate

For a salad I would use a melange of greens, like baby spinach lettuce finely cut dill and fresh onions,and for my salad dressing,olive oil,apple cider vinegar,a little prepared mustard and a little sugar!.
Mix very well together and pour on your salad!.

either mixed steamed vegies, with butter, or just a sim[ple green beans (haricots verts) either steamed or you can sautee then in oil and a little garlic!.!. dont burn the garlic!.!. or carrots would be great too!.!.!. or asparagus!.!.!. and maybe some angel hair pasta, if you want a starch, with a garlic, olive oil, and red pepper flake sauce, or a butter sauce!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
