I want to make cake icing but I'm not sure if I can make powered sugar out of granulated sugar!.!.!. AND!.!.!. If I can, will it still make icing the same!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes! While it is true that it does have corn starch if you use it immediately you don't need the filler!. I find that if I am using the sugar in a dish that is not cooked I can taste the corn starch!.!.!.if it is cooked it's unnoticeable!.
