you can microwave meat loaf and it tastes just like you baked it!. I bought those steam bags from ziploc!. They make great steamed chicken breasts or fish!. Just add some fat free italian dressing for added flavor! I also love the steamed veggies they make, you can add some Parmesan cheese and butter if you aren't watching your waist!. if you like it spicier, just add some cajun seasoning!. i also often cook in a crock-pot! You can go online and find tons of awesome recipes for free!. They even have desserts like apple brown betty or a great chocolate pudding cake!. I make barbecued chicken by just dumping the chicken pieces in there and puring a bottle of GOOD barbecue sauce over the top!. You would not believe how good it turns out, just make sure it has no skin to begin with or it will be oily!. Hope this helps!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

chicken quesadillas are great!. I usually make them in a skillet!. just saute some left over chicken (or poached chicken) with some seasoning mix (you can buy them in packets at the grocery store) then I just put one tortilla in the skillet top with chicken some onions and Mexican cheese and another tortilla!. cook on each side till toasted and cheese is melted!. We like to top them with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, olives, salsa and sour cream!. Or if that is too much cooking make a taco salad!. you can use tortilla chips and other taco toppings!. I just cook up some ground hamburger or ground turkey breast with some taco seasoning!. Takes less than 5 minutes to make and it makes a great dinner!. Plus, with it being hot out it is a good excuse to make Margaritas and make it a Mexican night! Www@FoodAQ@Com
