FRIED BREAD!! I love it, make it everytime I get hungry for something sweet!. They're finger foods personally, I like them better warm/hot, but if you make them right then they're good after they cooled too!

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons white sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 quart vegetable oil for frying

DIRECTIONS
Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar!. Add milk, and mix well!. Divide dough into balls!. Pat out on a flat, floured surface to 1/2 inch thick!.
Fry in 1/2 inch hot oil, browning both sides!. Serve warm!.

*** I usually poke them a little before I take them out the oil just to make sure they're done (not doughy) and I AlwayS eat it with owdered sugar!.!. yum!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

OH! you know what is really yummy, Creme Brulee

You will need: Sliced pieces of fresh fruit,(this includes sliced peaches, pears, pineapples, oranges, apples, small fruits(blueberries, rasberries etc!.), Plain yogurt, brown sugar, small bowls that can go in the oven (ramekins are good), a cookie sheet!.

Is this a desert or a healthy snack!? Answer: Both!

First turn your broiler on high!. Then wash your fruit and slice it up; fill the bowl(s) or ramekin(s) you are yousing about halfway up with them!. Spoon yougurt into the bowl, filling almost the rest of the way to the top!. Finally, sprinkle a thick layer of brown sugar on top of the yogurt to cover the bowl!.

You're almost done! Put the bowl on a cookie sheet and stick it in the oven for a little while, until the brown sugar melts and makes a caramely top!. Take out the cookie sheet and put it in the fridge once it cools enough to!. Its really good
