Slice your kielbasa into chunks and saute in hot oil!. Add chopped tomato and season with salt, pepper, ketchup and Italian herbs!. Make rice according to package directions and stir into kielbasa/tomato mixture!. Make a well in the mixture and add 2 beaten eggs!. Whisk thru until scrambled and cooked!. Serve with sliced cucumbers in wine vinegar, salt and pepper and lettuce wedges!. If you have cheese, shred some on the whole thing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
