How do you make chicken soup?!
Answers:
* One Recipe Homemade Chicken Stocks
* Chicken Meat
* 1 tbsp!. vegetable oils or butter
* 2 tbsp!. finely chopped Italian parsleys (for garnish)
* 1 cup trimmed green beans
* 2 cups cooked rice (optional)
* 3 carrots - sliced thinly into coins
* 2 cups cooked egg noodles (optional)
Step1
Make chicken stock (See "How to Make Chicken Stock" in Related eHows!.)
Step2
Reserve the chicken carcass and shred or chop the meat!. Be careful to remove any cartilage, skin, or other "disgusting parts!."
Step3
Skim fat from broth (or better, let chill and then remove the solid fat)!.
Step4
Saute carrots and green beans in the oil or butter over medium heat until soft!.
Step5
Bring the stock to a simmer on the stove!.
Step6
Add carrots, green beans, shredded chicken, and optional rice or noodles to the soup and heat through!. Garnish with the parsley and serve!.

* 25 g white sugar
* 280 g finely chopped, cooked chicken meat
* 3 g salt
* 1 g ground black pepper
* 1 g garlic powder

1!. In a 3 quart saucepan, heat oil!. Gradually stir in flour!. Let this form a paste, or roux!. Then, gradually stir in the milk and continue stirring until thickened!.
2!. Add chicken to white sauce mixture!. Add sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder!. Mix well and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat!.
3!. If soup is not as thick as desired, mix a small amount of corn starch with a small amount of water and add to soup!. Simmer for 10 minutes!.

Im not really a cook lol but!.!.!.this is how I make it!.
I buy a whole chicken already cooked I cut it all up into small pieces!.Then I add it to pot of water,then add what ever I like to it to make it more interesting!.Vegies and so forth!.Then spice to your liking again that is your choice what spices you like!.Bring to a boil then let simmer till it is to again your liking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
