I have heard of people using onion soup mix, or just use no tomatoe product at all!. You don't have to use it, just don;t use as much binder as you wont have as much moisture to absorb it all!.
You could even try italian salad dressing mix, or ranch dressing mix!. Or just try a fav salad dressing!. Although if it is a vinagerette just make sure you use a very lean choice of meat as the oil will obviously make it more oilly, and fatty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can use this recipe and omit the ketchup and replace with cream soup, such as cream of onion, mushroom or beefy mushroom!.

I never use tomato products in my meatloaf!. All I use is: ground beef, onions, bread crumbs, an egg, and seasonings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Nothing in the Meatloaf Regulations says you "MUST" use tomato based anything!.
Just leave it out and it will be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
