Okay, you're a girl after my own heart!

How about a roast pork loin with new potatoes, apples and greens!? (I would say kale, but I think it's too early!.) This will take about two hours!.

Brown the 2 lb pork loin in about 1-2 tbl of olive oil, while you wash the new/red potatoes!. They're about 2 inches in circumference!. Cut them in half!. 6 potatoes washed and cut in half!.

After you have flipped the roast and browned it on all sides, toss on a little sea salt and pepper!. If you only have table salt, use sparingly!. Like 1/8 tsp for a 2lb roast!. Pour in water half way up the roast and toss in the potatoes!. Put in a 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes!.

While the loin is roasting, fry up 2 strips of bacon and wash your greens!. Throw your greens in a large pan, break up your crispy bacon over the greens, add water to half the amount of your greens, pour any grease over the greens and save the pan!.

If you want to make cornbread, it's 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup cornmeal +2 tbl of cornmeal, 2 eggs and 2 tbl of oil!. I add a dash of sugar!. About 3/4 to 1 cup of milk!. If 3/4 looks too thick, add a splash!. It should look like a thick milkshake and pour slowly!. Oil a muffin pan, pour to 3/4 full and you should have 6 cups!. Throw the muffin pan in with the roast!. It should take the cornbread at least 30 minutes, with the roast!. It will finish while you make gravy!.

Clean your green Granny Smith apples, slice and core!. No seeds in the slices!. Four apples should do the job!. Toss your slices in the same pan you used for bacon!. Cook them over med-high heat until the peel wilts and they get soft!. Pour your soft cooked apples in a bowl and save the pan!. While the apples are cooking, you can get ready for gravy!. I use my mixing cup, toss in two tbl of flour and a 1/3 cup of water!. I whisk with a fork until mixed well,

Check your potatoes with the roast!. If a fork goes in easy, pull the roast and boost the oven to 400 for the cornbread!. It should have risen but still is yellow!.

Put the roast on a platter, potatoes in bowl and pour the juices back into the frying pan!. Sprinkle with salt, fresh cracked pepper and let it come to a boil!. Whisk your flour mixture in the measuring cup, then stir it into the frying pan!. Scrape the bottom of the pan, as you stir!. If it instantly gets thick add a little water, while stirring!. Taste your gravy and season it, if necessary!. Ideally, the gravy should be done with the muffins!.

Put the greens in a bowl, a knife in a muffin should come out clean, if they're not brown!. Run a butter knife around the rim and pop them out to plate!. Remember to turn off the oven!.Pour your gravy in a boat!. Take it all to the table and serve!.

Do not freak out if the pork is medium with a very slight pink center!. It's cooked, not over done!. It should be juicy, when sliced!.

Best wishes!

Why not try a classic like spaghetti and meatballs!? It's pretty easy to make and it won't disappoint! You can make pasta and use sauce in a jar (I suggest Rao's brand--really delicious!) or you can try your hand at making a sauce from scratch!. Here's the hyperlink to the recipe; it has ingredients, cook time, etc!.

Another easy idea that most people like is Chicken Cordon Bleu -- it's basically breaded chicken breasts wrapped around ham and cheese!. It might sound complex but it's really simple, believe me! Here's my favorite recipe for that:

Some other ideas -- lasagna, a casserole of some kind, a meatloaf, chicken noodle soup!.!.!.I highly suggest searching ideas on Allrecipes (that site I hyperlinked you to)!. I get ALL of my recipes from there!. I would post more recipes on here but I don't want to drown you in a bunch of options!. :)

Serve whatever you make with a side, like mashed potatoes or a salad!. If you want to follow it up with a dessert, try something boxed -- brownie mix never fails!. Or buy some premade shortcake and whipped cream at the store and make strawberry shortcake!Www@FoodAQ@Com

What cooking recipes so complicated!?
Now let me tell one!. Get yourself a big Stake with a trifle bit of fat the best!. Marinated the stake with black pebble, raw sugar, salt, housin sauce, a bit of beer, fine chop garlic and ginger!. Put some peanut oil or olive oil on top of your stake and leave it overnight!.
The next day, whenever you want to cook it, put it in a microwave for 20 minutes!. Every 5 minutes you turned it around!. In case, it`s too try, put a bit of water to it!.
Yum, the saucy juices of the meat is very good, too!Www@FoodAQ@Com
