Something that's different, but can satisfy everyone!.!.!.you could try ground chicken, and make some chicken burgers!. It's not as dry as turkey, and widely available!. If you season it with hot sauce, it tastes great on a bun with lettuce and bleu cheese dressing!.
You could also season them with lime juice, ginger, garlic, and cilantro, and basil, for a Thai-inspired flavor!. After cooking the burgers in a pan, roll them up in bibb lettuce leaves, with some peanut sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Are you working with bone-in or boneless!?
I love boneless skinless breast!. Not only cooking or grilling them up whole, maybe basting with BBQ sauce!. But you can dice them up and cook with some olive oil and garlic, when the pink is gone, toss in some veggies, and add in some prepared al dente pasta, toss and heat through, add cheese if you like
Or dice up and cook and when the pink is gone add in some taco or fajita seasoning, serve on warm tortillas with your favorite taco topping!.
We also love to cook them up whole, put on a bun with some cooked bacon and melt some cheese!. Yum!.
If you are cooking bone in you can cook, shred off the meat and mix it with BBQ sauce--eat on a bun or not!. Or leave the meat plain, put on a bun, crumble some crispy bacon on it and melt some cheese!.
You can wrap the pieces --bone in or out--in some bacon, put in a baking dish, cover and into the oven, baste if needed!. Prepare some white rice and mix it with cream of whatever soup, serve chicken over the rice!.
There are tons of great sauces and marinade in the store!. One our favorite things is to dice up the chicken, cook in a Wok with Terriyaki sauce, add in a bag of frozen veggies and make a stir fry, serve over rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My family loves the McCormick Grill Mates Garlic, Herb & Wine Marinade!. It comes in a dry spice packet at the grocery store!. You add water, olive oil and vinegar to it!. The longer you are able to marinate the chicken the better!. Then just grill!. It's always yummy and moist!. Great sliced up on salads or with veggies and taters!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
marinate chicken chunks in teriaki sauce for 2-3 hours to prevent the chicken from drying out!. bake the chicken in the oven at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked!. then put some teriaki sauce and about 1 tbsp of brown sugar into a fry pan and put the pan on high until it satrts the bubble!. then throw the chicken into into the pan and just toss it around to caramalize it!. and serve
