Need easy mac and cheese recipe?!
Hey there, so I want mac and cheese really badly,I want to make it homemade though, so this is what I have;
Noodles (I have some normal like pasta sauce, and some elbow macaroni!.
Cheddear cheese and american!. I might have some mozzarella hanging around!.
Flour
Butter!.
Frozen veggies
And soem fresh veggies!.
Ideas!? I'd prefer if they were easy, and some what healthy!. (: But just give me recipes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

this one is a little bit different then the other ones i gave you on your other question!.!.!.
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 big onion, finely chopped
1 ? cups chopped vegetable
(for example!.!.!.french beans, cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, green peas, sweet corn but w/e you want)
1 cup milk
? cup cheddar cheese, grated
3 cheese slices
1 ? cups breadcrumbs
1 tbsp butter
4 tsp oil
1 tsp mixed herbs (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
? tsp mustard powder (optional)
Cook the macaroni in water, adding salt, till just done!. Drain, add 1 tsp oil, mix well and keep aside!. This ensures the macaroni doesn’t stick and clump together after cooling!.
Steam cook the chopped vegetables till just done and firm!. I microwave them at 100% for about 6 minutes!. Keep aside!.
In a pan, melt the butter and add the chopped onions!. Sauté the onions till soft and translucent!. Turn down the heat and add the milk, the cheese slices (torn into pieces) and grated cheese!. Stir till the cheese melts completely!. Now add the cooked vegetable, herbs, mustard powder, pepper and salt!.
Stir well and add the cooked macaroni!. Mix well gently so that the cheese sauce uniformly coats the macaroni!. Keep aside!.
In a bowl, put the breadcrumbs and the remaining 3 tsps oil and mix well together using your fingers!.
The last step (below) you can skip and just eat!.!.!.or
Now take a glass dish and grease well!. Spread the macaroni mixture in it!. Cover with the prepared breadcrumbs to form a layer on top!. (This can be made upto this point and then baked just before serving!.) Now bake in the oven until golden brown!.

1 T dry mustard(optional)
1t salt
1/2t pepper

1 egg beaten
11/2-2 C sharp cheedar
Prepare macaroni as directed drain and set aside
melt butter in pan ,add flour ,mustard,salt and pepper!.stir and cook over low heat for 1 min!.!.!.!.slowly add milk !.continue cooking until milk is hot!.!.!.!.slowly add about one cup of the hot milk into the beaten egg,,,,then return mixture to the hot milk,,,,continue stirring until it begins to thicken!.!.!.remove from heat add cheddar cheese!.stir until cheese is melted!.
Add prepared macaroni!.combine!.!.!.top with cheddar and 1 cup buttered crackers
