Mix together soy sauce,oyster sauce,honey,ginger and chilli in a food processor,glaze over whatever you're putting in your stir-fry,add a small bit of corn flour mixed with water if too thin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Homemade T!.Sauce

1/3 cup (85 ml) brown sugar
2 tsp (10 ml) garlic powder
1 tsp (5 ml) ground ginger
2 cups (500 ml) tomato ketchup
1/2 cup (125 ml) soy sauce
1/3 cup (85 ml) cider vinegar
1? tbsp (20 ml) Worcestershire sauce

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, or blender!. Add liquids and mix very well!.

Transfer to a tightly sealed jar and refrigerate for at least four hours - overnight is best!.

Stir well before using!.

TERIYAKI GLAZE

1/4 c!. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 c!. soy sauce
1/4 c!. dry sherry
2 tbsp!. brown sugar
1 tbsp!. cornstarch
2 tsp!. grated fresh ginger root or 1/2 tsp!. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced

In a small saucepan combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, sherry, sugar, cornstarch, ginger root, and garlic!. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly!. Cook and stir 2 minutes more!. Makes about 3/4 cup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
