You can make rice pudding!.

Ingredients:
2 cups leftover cooked white rice
3 cups soy milk (or skim, or whole)
1/2 cup sugar
small pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cinnamon sticks or 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (or both, or neither)
pinch nutmeg, optional

Instructions:
Combine cooked rice, milk, sugar and salt in a medium saucepan!. Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer and stir in vanilla and add cinnamon sticks if you are using them!. Cook until almost all of the milk is absorbed (30-45 minutes)!. Stir in cinnamon and/or nutmeg, if using, and serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Casseroles, Stirfry!.

Casserole: par boil the beets (I find they take longer to cook), layer beets, peas, asparagus and pasta!. I'd make a sauce with the soy milk and some of your favourite spices, personally I'd use garlic and some onion powder, then pour it over the mixture and let it bake on a medium temperature until tender (45mins or so)

Stir Fry: heat oil, stir fry peas and asparagus with your favourite spices, serve over rice!.

Beet salad: beets, onion, parsley, garlic, dill, lemon, pepper, salt, red wine vinegar (optional) *I omit the dill as well since I'm not a big beet and dill fan*

Grilled asparagus with a bit of soymilk and lemon or lime or garlic

Asparagus with garlic and sesame seeds

If you have flour you can make a cream sauce with the soy milk (like an alfredo sort of), soy milk + flour + onion powder + garlic powder!. You can add spices like cayenne to give it a kickWww@FoodAQ@Com
