Yeah do this potato salad instead:

1 1/2 lbs small red potatoes 1/2'd or 1/4 depending on size
1/2 cup italian dressing
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
1 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup minced parsley
2 tbsp minced green onion

Boil the potatoes until tender, drain!.

Mix the italian dressing, mustard, and parsley!. Pour over the potatoes, celery, and onions while still warm!. Let cool then cover and refridgerate for about 2-3 hrs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pickle juice from the jar!. Instead of adding relish, chop up sweet pickles and use some of the juice!. I used home canned 14 day pickles!.!.!.You could slip a little yogurt in there for some extra creaminess!.
Put the usual red onion, bell pepper, celery, sweet pickles, green onion tops, pickle juice & a lil mustard to balance the sweet n sour!. Lil yogurt if you want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make German Potato Salad it has bacon ,oil, vinegar, and onions that's it other than salt & pepper and a little parsley Www@FoodAQ@Com

Any bottled salad dressing that is Italian or vinaigrette based would be terrific!.
