Answers:

peel the peaches by dropping to boiling water, count to 5 and scoop out and drop into an ice water bath!. The skins should slip right off!. Slice as desired!. lay on a cookie sheet and slip into the freezer and freeze till firm!. Pour into a large baggie and seal it!. Yummy as a snack right out of the bag!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

find a recipe for peach preserves on http://www!.recipezaar!.com and have a really good time!.

Dip the peaches in boiling water to a count of about 5 then the skin slips off!. Cut peaches in half and put in kettle or cut them into bits and put in kettle!. They cook really fast so watch that you don't burn them!.

It has been about 40 years since I did much canning so I don't have the canning recipes right in front of me!. My brother and I liked "pickled peaches" so he would bring wash tubs of peaches from the orchard and I would peel and stuff them in quart jars with clove and a sweet/sour syrup!. "What I did with my summer vacations as a teenager" - I canned fruit all summer long!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I freeze mine! Www@FoodAQ@Com
