How do I make chicken fried steak in an electric skillet?!
Do I put the oil in and then heat the skillet, or heat the skillet and then add oil!? How do i know when the oil is hot enough!? I've never used an electric skillet!.
Thanks in advance!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I used cubed steak rather then veal!. I also used a electric skillet so I could control the temp better!. I set it to 350 and didn't put the steaks in till it was at that temp!. I cooked them about 10 mins on each side!. I didn't have any problems with the coating falling off (click the word More)
