Answers:
!.!.!.!.for squirrels, they really enjoy corn on the cob
!.!.!.!.but they also 'get by' on sunflower seeds, as well as, the standard 'bill-o-fare' in the forest of pecans, walnuts, acorns and berries

!.!.!.!.if you mean to cook and eat some squirrel, well
!.!.!.!.our family always prepared the squirrel, as if it were a roasted turkey, and propped up on top of a bed of rice pilaf or cornbread stuffing
!.!.!.!.the meat should be basted while it is roasting (very much like a duck)!.!.!.!.several squirrels can be roasted at one time as they do not really require a lot of room for each squirrel
!.!.!.!.also, for a festive presentation of the main course, some parts may be reattached, such as the tail, feet (washed and claws cleaned of course) and the ears and nose
!.!.!.!.squirrel may also be deep fried, in a presure cooker, much like fried chicken!.!.!.!.!.batter is optional
!.!.!.squirrel can also be smoked (really good that way too)
!.!.!.!.!.if you prefer to cook some way other than roasting or deep fried, i recommend to boil the meat a little bit first, to remove some of the oily juice!.!.!.then the meat can be sliced or quartered and sauteed in a wok, or over the stove

!.!.!.!.hope these ideas are relished well
!.!.!.!.before our family was paid millions of dollars for the 'coal' in the hills where used to hunt those squirrels for our food, we would eat a whole lotta squirrels!.!.!.poor man's chicken
