Answers:
You need garlic powder!.
So, in a shallow dish, mix together the garlic powder, pepper, salt, paprika, bread crumbs and flour!. In a separate dish, whisk together the milk and egg!.

Heat the oil in an electric skillet set to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Dip the chicken into the egg and milk, then dredge in the dry ingredients until evenly coated!.

Fry chicken in the hot oil for about 5 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear!. Remove from the oil with a slotted spatula, and serve!.

And just in case you wonder how much you use for the ingredients, this might help you;

This is a recipe for 4 people;
2 teaspoons garlic powder, or to taste
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded thin
1 cup oil for frying, or as needed

vegetable oil

Dredge the chicken pieces in the eggs and then mix around in the bread crumb mixture!.

When oil is reached about 360°F start deep frying!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm not sure how well frying in butter will work!.!.!. you can put garlic powder or salt into your bread crumbs and that would add the garlic flavor!.!.!. also, fry it in oil until it's nice and golden brown!.!.!. and to keep it crispy, do NOT let it sit on paper towels for long!. Once you initially get the grease off, put the nuggets onto a cookie sheet/rack so the nuggest can't get moisture built up on the coating which causes them to get soggy!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds good!. I would just brown the nuggets in the garlic butter then finish in the overn so that the garlic and butter don't burn!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your recipe over all sounds good!.!.!. be sure to fry over low heat so the butter does not burn!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
