Question: Is it possible to overcook a beef chuck roast using a dutch oven on the stove!?
Or is it like pulled pork, the more you cook it the more tender it gets!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Keep it completely covered in ANY liquid (water, tomato or BBQ sauce, soup stock), and simmer on the stove!. You could simmer it for 10-12 hours and it would just get more tender!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As long as you have water in the pan, and the heat on low (so it doesn't dry out)!.!.!.!.you can cook it for a very long time (think slow-cooker)!. Oh, and don't forget to keep a lid on it! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
