honey is extremely good for you, infact its known as one of the few ''golden foods'' which means it cant really get any better!! if your on a diet, i wouldnt eat too much, but its got no or very little saturated fat, and so it'll be fine for a diet!. if your worried, then eat organic honey, this has no saturated fat in!.!.!. good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
