Not knowing very much about fish may I suggest that you go to Tesco's fresh fish counter and ask for Vietnamese River Cobbler!. It's quite tasty, meaty and inexpensive!. You can do most things with it, poach, fry, grill etc!.!.!. I grill it, sprinkle grated cheese on it and serve with poached egg and chunky bread and butter and a bit of salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Substitutes for Sea Bass:
Cod, grouper, haddock, ocean perch, red snapper, striped bass, tilefish!.
