Good chicken recipe for one person?!
Hey there, so I want ot make myself some dinner tonight, My mom and brother aren't hungry right now, but I'm starving, so what are some good, fairly easy recipes that make one serving!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Take a chicken breast, sprinkle with a small amount of salt and red pepper!. Bake at 350 for about 40 mins!. Shred or cube the chicken when done!. Warm a tortilla!. Top the tortilla with your chicken and a little shredded cheese!. Broil in oven to melt the cheese!. Serve with salsa and sour cream!.

Marinade the chicken in BBQ sauce or Lemon Pepper or whatever you have on hand!. Bake!. You can add a potato in the oven while you are baking the chicken!.

Easy chicken parm:
1-2 (depending on size) chicken breasts
Some pasta
Marinara sauce or common spaghetti sauce
w/e veggies you have
Cheese
Grill the chicken breasts, put over the cooked pasta, pour some warm sauce over it, add cheese (preferably mozzarella), microwave till cheese is melted!. If you want, add some veggies (onion, green pepper, fresh tomato, basil, olives) and cook them!. (Do before the chicken though, so prevent possible cross contamination!.)
Chicken Sandwich (easy enough, grilled or fried)
1 chicken breast, if grilled!.!. just grill!. If fried, look up a simple flour recipe, roll around the chicken in the mixture and throw in a fryer or panfry!.
Bun, vegies, ranch dressing!?
If you have tortillas, maybe a chicken wrap!?
Just be creative, work with what you have!.

1 medium potato
1/2 medium onion
1 medium tomato!. (optional)
1/4 cup rice
knife tip of curry powder!.
knife tip cumin
5 ml cooking oil
Method;
Fry diced potato in a saucepan with a little cooking oil!.
When becoming "glassy" add onion slices and stir regularly until golden brown!.
Add a little water and the uncooked rice!. Cover sauce pan to steam the rice!.
Keep adding water!. Do not let the rice cook dry!.
When rice is almost soft, add diced tomato and all the spices and also salt t taste!.
also add the chicken portion!.
Cover with lid and allow to simmer for about 20 minutes!.
Serve hot!.

After cleaning the chicken breast and removing the skin, boil it till it's tender and remove the bones, while thats cooking boil 2 eggs, chop the chicken into small pieces , add the chopped eggs, some mayo and sweet pickle relish and combine together well, salt and pepper to taste, spread on 2 slices of toast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
look in the fridge and find a bottle of salad dressing!. some really good ones: italian, catalina, honey mustard!. Most will work!. Through the chicken on a broiler pan, using a bbq brush cover the chicken with the dressing, broil till done, around 8 minutes, turning half way through and coating the other side!. Since all ovens are different, cut it open to make sure no pink!. Throw a salad or some fruit on the side with the rest of the dressing!. Tastes gourmet!Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would suggest you skin a couple of pieces, thighs or drums and put in a pot of water and bring to the boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes!.
When they are ready remove from heat and allow to cool until you can handle them and remove flesh from the bones

cut chicken up into chunks!.!.!. make some pasta!.!.!. cut up some vegetables like brocoli and cauliflower and stir fry them!.!.!. cook the chicken seperately in the pan!.!.!. then when they are both done mix the chicken and veg together and add some double cream and keep it on the heat!.!.!. then itll make a creamy sauce for the chicken and veg to put ontop of the pasta!. its gorgeousWww@FoodAQ@Com
