What's a good, easy recipe for dinner that serves one?!
Hey there, so I want to make dinner for myself, since nobody else is hungry, and I'm just learning how to cook, so I don't know much!. Does anybody know of any good tasting easy recipes I can make!? thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Light Pasta Salad with Fresh Tuna Steak
Serves 4
? 16 oz!. Rotini, Twists or Spirals, uncooked
? 12 oz!. fresh tuna steak, cooked
? 3 tbsp!. olive or vegetable oil
? 4 tbsp!. Dijon-style mustard
? 6 tbsp!. rice wine vinegar
? Grated rind of 3 limes, finely chopped
? 6 fresh parsley sprigs, chopped
? 2 tbsp!. low-sodium soy sauce
? 3 garlic cloves, minced
? 1 tsp!. dried dill weed
? 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
? 1 cup green beans, julienne, blanched
? 2/3 cup red onion, pared, thinly sliced
Break tuna into small bite-size pieces; reserve!. Cook pasta; drain and rinse with cold water!. Combine all dressing ingredients; mix well!. Toss together pasta, peppers, beans, onions, tuna and dressing!. If possible, refrigerate salad overnight to allow flavors to blend!. Serve cold!.
For less quantity, simply use only half of the ingredients and if you have a little left over, take it to work or school the next day!.

Preheat the Grill!. (broiler)
Get some frozen mixed veggies out of the freezer an nuke until they are warm and thawed!.
Place in a lightly oiled 6" non stick fry pan on medium heat!.
Whisk 3 eggs together and pour over veggies!.
Cook for several minutes until the bottom begins to set, and then transfer to under the grill, 6" from the heat!.
Cook until the eggs are set!.
Turn out and cut into 4

I learned to make breakfast first!. Since youre just learning, you might want to try pancakes and eggs!. You could also try spaghetti if you want dinner fare!. Remember that leftovers can be tomorrow's lunch!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
