Simple but good dinner recipes?!


Question: Simple but good dinner recipes!?
I'm somewhat of a new cook and hate dinner recipes with a lot of ingredients!. Does anyone have any simple recipes that don't require more than 2 or 3 ingredients!? I enjoy cooking for my boyfriend so guy input would be great!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

put aluminum foil on the pan big enough to fold over in a min!. place chicken breast(boneless skinless) on foil!. pour some soy sauce over them place some carrots, broccoli, chopped tomatoes whatever veggies you want on top or right next to the chicken!. fold foil over!. put in the oven at 350 for about 35 min or until chicken is done!.

Salad
2 large mangoes
2 avocadoes
8 slices cooked, crispy bacon
Cube Mangoes and avocados, cut bacon in chunks and mix together in a small bowl!.

Sweet & Spicy Chicken
6 chicken legs
? cup of orange marmalade
1-2 tsp chili powder
Preheat oven to 180C!. Combine marmalade and chili powder in a plastic bag, add chicken legs and shake until evenly coated!. Place chicken on foil on a baking tray and spoon any remaining marmalade/chili powder!. Bake for 30 minutes or until done!.

Apple Turnovers
2 sheets of puff pastry
1 tin pie apple with cinnamon
2 tbs milk
Cut the pastry in quarters!. Fill one side of the quarter with pie apple, and then fold into turnovers!. Glaze with milk for a golden finish and bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes!. Top w/ice cream!

Both Foodnetwork!.com and allrecipes!.com have great recipes that are labeled by "easy" and so on!.!.!. For a beginner, I think soups are great!. Minestrone, split pea, etc!. are great because they're one pot and you don't have to watch the time so much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
