Roses, geraniums, nasturtiums, violets are all edible flowers, as long as they haven't been sprayed with pesticides!. You can dip them in slightly beaten egg whites, then dip into granulated sugar; and dry them on baking racks - or just use them fresh in salads or on cakesWww@FoodAQ@Com
