Roses, geraniums, nasturtiums, violets are all edible flowers, as long as they haven't been sprayed with pesticides!. You can dip them in slightly beaten egg whites, then dip into granulated sugar; and dry them on baking racks - or just use them fresh in salads or on cakesWww@FoodAQ@Com

EDIBLE FLOWER GARNISHES

NOTE: Be SURE flowers have not been sprayed with pesticides!.

Bee Balm: Fragrant citrus smell and taste, good for baked goods!.

Chamomile: Mild and sweet!.

Daises: Clover-like or minty, good for salads, garnishes and cake decorating!.

Fuschia: Tart lemon, pretty on pies!.

Scented Geraniums: Many flavors from coconut to nutmeg, very versatile!.

Honeysuckle: Mild honey flavor!.

Pansies: Grape taste, pretty on pies!.
