Question: Know any good recipes!.!.!?
I'm planning on making my dad a special treat!. I was thinking about some sort of brownies or cookies!. He loves chocolate!. Since I'm currently living in Tennessee and he's in Texas, I need recipes that mail well!. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins


INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 1/2 cups white sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 1/4 cups milk
* 1 egg
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
* 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
* 1/3 cup whole almonds
* 4 tablespoons white sugar



DIRECTIONS

1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners!.
2!. In medium bowl, Sift together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt!. In large bowl stir in milk, egg, oil and vanilla!. Mix dry ingredients to large bowl; beat well!. Add chocolate chips and walnuts, stir well!.
3!. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full!. Poke almonds into tops of unbaked muffins!. Sprinkle muffins with sugar!.
4!. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean!.


Chocolate Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake



INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

* 1 (18!.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
* 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips


DIRECTIONS

1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Grease and flour a Bundt pan!.
2!. Prepare batter according to instructions on cake mix package!. Stir in 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips!. Reserve remaining chips!.
3!. Pour batter into Bundt pan!. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean!.
4!. Cool for 10 minutes in pan, then turn out onto a wire rack!. Before cake is cool, pour reserved chocolate chips on top!.



Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Brownies


INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

* 1 cup shortening
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 1/2 cup white sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 3 eggs
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
*
* 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
* 1/4 cup white sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 cup chopped pecans


DIRECTIONS

1!. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Grease a 9x13 inch pan!.
2!. In a large bowl, cream together shortening, brown sugar, and 1/2 cup white sugar!. Beat in the 3 eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla!. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; blend into the sugar mixture!. Stir in chocolate chips, and set aside!.
3!. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese and 1/4 cup white sugar!. Mix in the 2 remaining eggs!.
4!. Spread 1/2 of chocolate chip dough in bottom of the prepared pan!. Pour cream cheese batter on top of dough!. Sprinkle with pecans!. Drop pieces of the remaining chocolate chip batter over filling!. Don't worry if there are gaps; the batter will spread!.
5!. Bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven, or until lightly browned on the top!. Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting into bars!.

I would go with cookies as they mail better and if you can, fedex or ups over night!. !. !. I have recipes for a chewy chocolate cookie, chocolate oatmeal coconut chunk cookie and an chocolate coconut almond cookies (taste like an almond joy candy bar)!. You can find the recipes at:

i don't know of any recipes with chocolate that would mail, but i do know of a handful of really great chocolates you can order online or purchase in the store then mail!. they're soooo good and come well packaged, making it a good gift!. you can read about them on my blog here:
