Mm good question, well first off i would season the roast with some steak seasoning the one with those wonderful different combinations of whole pepper and various other seasonings the i place the roast in a clear bag inside of the roasting pan then i take a skewer and make holes in the meat for the season to get all thru the meat then i seal up the clear bag put the roast in a pre-heated oven at about 300-350 to slow cook about 2 to 3 hrs depending on the size of roast and then omg so tender u wont even need a knife to cut it!. enjoyWww@FoodAQ@Com
