If you eat raw chicken, what are the chances of getting food poisoning?!
Answers:
I'm assuming you're asking because you've eaten something and weren't sure if it was 100% cooked - in that case, you might be OK!. I've eaten some chicken wings and legs before now that were a bit dubious as I bit into the middle bit (I live in Asia and some places here seem to always serve the chicken with a pinky tinge to it which concerns me, but I've never been sick from it)!.
So I think if you have eaten something like that the chances are that you will be OK!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Undercooked chicken and eggs are the foods which most frequently cause Salmonella food poisoning!.
Salmonella can cause fever, nausea and vomiting, diarrohea, and abdominal cramps and pain!.
It really is dangerous to eat raw chicken and I would say your chances are high in getting food poisoning from it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with daisy!. There is no guarantee that the chicken is fully, completely clean (clean of any and all contaminants/bacteria) and the chance of you getting food poisoning by eating it is extremely high!. To avoid the risk of food poisoning I would strongly advise against eating any raw chicken, period!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You have a good chance of getting salmonella!. Some studies i have read/heard in the past stated that you might also have a chance of catching the avian influenza aka "bird flu" if you eat raw poultry!.!.!. in rare cases i believe (kind of fuzzy in my memory about it)Www@FoodAQ@Com
