Chicken Francaise!. Worked at an Italian restaurant in High Schoool & this was the best thing on the menu! It's great with a salad & a little spagetti in marinara on the side!.

I wrote it all down:

1 lb!. skinless-boneless chicken breast
1 egg
1 tbsp!. lemon juice
Bread crumbs (plain)
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
3 cloves crushed garlic (or to taste)
2 tsp!. parsley
1/8 tsp!. pepper
1 c!. chicken broth

Slice chicken as cutlets or strips!. Beat together with fork, 1 egg and 1 tablespoon lemon juice!. Mix plain bread crumbs with grated Parmesan cheese (1 part cheese to 2 parts crumbs)!. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and then in bread crumbs mixture!. Brown in oil!. Set aside in baking dish!.

For sauce: melt together 1 stick of butter and juice of 1 1/2 lemons!. Add 3 cloves crushed garlic (or to taste), 2 teaspoons parsley, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and 1 cup chicken broth!. Simmer 10 minutes; strain if desired!. Pour over chicken in baking dish!. Bake covered 40 minutes and then uncovered 15 minutes at 350 degrees!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chicken Biryani

Ingredients

Basmati Rice 2 cups
Chicken Pieces 3/4 kg
Cup Milk 1/2
Yogurt (curd) 1 cup
Sliced onion 3
Ginger Paste 1 tsp
Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli Paste 1 tsp
Tomato Puree 1/2 cup
Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Saffron a pinch
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Green Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 7 tbsp

Directions

Mix tomato puree, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, coriander powder and salt!. Stir well!. Marinate the chicken with this mixture and keep aside for 3-4 hours!.
Heat oil in a pan!. Fry the onions until golden brown!. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes!. Add 4 cups of water to the rice!. Mix saffron in milk and add to it!. Add cardamom powder!. Add the chicken pieces!. Pressure cook the rice!. Mix gently!. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hotWww@FoodAQ@Com

Get a package of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can of cream of chicken soup

Season chicken to your taste (I use Tony Chachere's, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder)!. pour the can of cream of chicken in a baking dish and mix in about 1/2 can of water and roll the chicken in it to coat!. After chicken is coated, set chicken in the soup mix and cover the baking dish tightly with foil!. Bake 35-45 minutes on 350 and serve with mashed potatoes or white rice!. The soup mix makes a yummy gravy to put over the potatoes or rice!. Don't forget a veggie on the side!. I usually make green beans with it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
