I need a simple and very easy frosting Recipe!?!
Well i don't have powdered sugar and i need a recipe with ingredients you can find in your cupboard! I'm only eleven so something i can do by myself! My mom is letting me use a blender so anythign you need to mix is ok!

My eleven year old loves to cook, too!. You might need a little bit of help with this, but it's such a good recipe I thought I should give it to you!. This stuff is so yummy - I could just about eat it by itself!.
German Chocolate Cake Frosting
Mix:
1 c!. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 c!. evaporated milk
? c!. butter
1 t!. vanilla
Cook until slightly thickened and smooth!.
Add:
1 1/3 c!. coconut
1 c!. pecans
Stir until thick enough to spread!.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pound (3 1/2 cups) sifted confectioners sugar
3 to 4 tablespoons milk
Preparation:
Cream butter, salt, and vanilla, beating until light and fluffy!. Add sugar gradually, beating after each addition!. Add 3 tablespoons milk, beating until smooth!. Beat in more milk until desired spreading consistency is reached!. Makes about 2 1/3 cups of frosting, enough to frost tops and sides of of an 8-inch 2-layer cake or a 10-inch tube or bundt cake, or about 1 dozen cupcakes!.

Ok!.!.lets see!.!.!.You could do a chocolate ganache but mom will have to help you:
9 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1!. Place the chocolate into a medium bowl!. Heat the cream in a small sauce pan over medium heat!. Bring just to a boil, watching very carefully because if it boils for a few seconds, it will boil out of the pot!. When the cream has come to a boil, pour over the chopped chocolate, and whisk until smooth!.
2!. Allow the ganache to cool slightly before pouring over a cake!. Start at the center of the cake and work outward!. For a fluffy frosting or chocolate filling, allow it to cool until thick, then whip with a whisk until light and fluffy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
