I place the cut broccoli florets on a roasting pan and drizzle them with olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and chopped garlic and I roast them in a 425 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until desired tenderness!. The broccoli turns out so good this way and not mushy like when it's boiled!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are looking to cook it as a side item, roasting is good!. cut into spears or bite sized pieces, toss with olive oil and whatever spices you like!. Roast on 400 or so and turn them as they turn brown!. You just need to watch them, so they don't burn!. The brown will give a nice nutty flavor!. Very easy and good!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
