Corny cornbread! It's a bread and a veggie dish all in one! Just take 2 of those cheap cornbread mixes (Jiffy or Martha White) add a can of whole corn, a can of creamed corn and two eggs!. Mix it all up, throw it into a 9X12 pan and bake!. Delicious! Goes great with seafood!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Asparagus, stewed tomatoes, and zucchini cakes: shredded zucchini, a little baking powder, minced onions, salt, a little flour, chill form into a cake and fry in 2 T!. olive oil until brown on each side!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
