I know that Walmart, Pat Catan's, Michaels and JoAnne Fabrics sells them!. You can also order them directly from the Wilton Site!.

I have seen some at Hobby Lobby, they seemed to have a pretty wide variety!. Otherwise sometimes Wal-Mart has a few, but it is a limited selection!.

I don't know about department stores!. I would say no unless you go to Wal-mart or one of those stores!. You're best bet, like the other person who answered, is Michael's Craft Store, or AC Moore!.

I think I may have seen some of these in WalMart from time to time, but your best bet is one of the large craft stores such as Michaels or Hobby Lobby!.
