I slather on regular olive oil (not virgin- the flavor is too strong) and it is so buttery tasting!. Yum!. Melted Smartbalance is good too!. My husband adds chili and garlic powder!. My kids add parmesan cheese!. Be creative!. It is definitely low calorie and full of fiber! Have fun!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try using other spices like red pepper, garlic, oregano, or almost anything else you like!. I like mixing garlic, onion powder, oregano, basil, and Parmesan cheese for an italian seasoning!. If you have your own popcorn maker, try getting some flavored oil to cook it in!. You can usually find it a gourmet food stores!. I personally like orange olive oil or garlic olive oil, but most stores offer a wide selection!. Cinnamon and sugar are good too if you want a sweet seasoning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

thats true!. popcorn is a very, very healthy snack as long as you dont have a lot of butter and salt!. the best way is plain because its still good!. brown sugar would be nice too and brown sugar is healthy!. lots of people put it on their oatmealWww@FoodAQ@Com

I switched to kettle corn, it doesn't need anything added to it!. However, if you insist, powdered cheese is good tossed with the popcorn!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
