HELP!!! I need some healthy recipes that are VERY easy to make. Also lunch making tips.?!
So my family has like high blood pressure/cholesterol and I am 15 and at risk for it!. I really want to work on my health because I don't eat what I should!. I am not a cook! so I need really easy recipes i can make for my whole family!. also I need ideas for lunch!. I bring my lunch to school (a tad healthier than taco bell or pizza hut) but I don't know what to pack!. I can make sandwhiches, wraps, that kind of stuff but have no microwave/fridge so it has to be nonperishable for 4 hours or so!. PLEASE PLEASE help!!!! also include healthy snacks I can buy at the grosery store

you can take perishable things!.
i used to take salads with salad dressing, fruit salad, yogurt, fresh cold fruit like strawberries, cold veggies with dip, like celery and peanut butter, broccoli and ranch, green beans, turkey sandwiches on whole wheat bread, peanuts, cashews, whole wheat pretzals, fat free pudding, bananas, apples, pears, etc!.
you can take these to school, but pack a cold pack or ice pack next to them and wrap in foil!. you can find small ones easily at grocery stores!. they stay for four hours no problem!.
