Answers:
I always pan fry real quick to brown and then add a couple cans of cream of mushroom soup with a little water!. Cover and bake about an hour in the oven or you could keep it on top of the stove and put a lid on it!.!.they will be nice and tender!

Cotter- That sounds great too!! I should try that next time :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I put salt, pepper, and oregano leaves ( just a little), fry them a little, not completely cooked, but just to get them started!. then out them in a glass pan!.

on the side put some butter in a pan, and toss in some slides onions (it doesn't really matter how they are cut, but I usually slice them and then cut them in smaller pieces), put also some mushrooms!. you are makingmushroomm sauce so u want more mushrooms than onions!.slicedd mushrooms, then put salt and pepper, as much as u like!. when everything is fried put some water to boil, and in a little bowl put about 2 spoon flour and some water and mix!. u want to have a white liquid, nothingt sticky!. so then put it slowly in the mushrooms and mix and let boil for a little more, then add some lemon juice!. it is supposed to be a little creamy!. put it on the top of pork chops to cover them!. then cover pan with foil and cook!. Can't tell you for how long since I just check mine!. :) and since the pork chops are almost done you just want to get them to be soft!.

You could use ready mushroom soup, but I don't like it!.!.!.it is completely different from what I make by myself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My favorite way of fixing pork chops is to salt & pepper them alittle-brown them in a pan- while they are browning get a baking dish and put some minute rice (uncooked) in it - pour 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup over the rice- when the chops are browned I put them on top and cover with foil and bake in a 325* oven til done!. Serve with fresh rolls and salad!. The chops come out very tender and tasty as does the rice and gravy!. Enjoy!. ( plus only 1 pan to clean up after!!!)Www@FoodAQ@Com
