Jam is made with juice and pieces of fruit!.
Marmalade is made with fruit rind
Preserves are similar to jam but usually contain more fruit!.
Conserves are pretty much the same as preserves but may contain dried fruit or nuts!.
Confit is similar to preserves, but uses honey or sugar to extract the water from the fruit!.
Fruit Butter is whole fruit pressed through a sieve!.
Fruit Curd contains eggs and butter!.

Jam is thicker more solid while jelly is slightly semi liquid, jellys come in different varieties u can also freeze it and have it alone or can add with icecreams,milk shakes etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
