What kind of food make u feel full? ?!

Question: What kind of food make u feel full!? !?
Answers:
Whole grains (granola or oatmeal work really well), vegetables and fruits work really well for me!. They contain plenty of fiber, which slows down food so that it takes longer to digest and makes you feel full for longer!. The vegetables and fruits also contain water, which takes up space in your stomach and helps with digestion!.

Even when I eat these, I find that I generally don't feel full unless there's at least a little fat in there!. Fat is a satiety indicator, meaning that if you don't eat any fat, you're much less likely to feel full!. I can keep eating (non-whole-wheat) pasta for hours and still feel hungry, but if I throw a little cheese on there I'll stop after the first bowl!. The key is to make sure it's just a little bit of fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
