What does "kosher" mean?!

Question: What does "kosher" mean!?
Answers:
Kosher means being blessed by a rabbi and made from a certain part of an animal or certain kind of products!. It cant be around anything thats NOT kosher like on a grill!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The word Kosher means " fit" or "proper"!. It can be taken to refer to ones behavior or situation, but it usually refers to food that conforms to Jewish Dietary laws!. For example, meat or poultry need to be slaughtered by a person trained in ritual slaughter ( a pious, righteous person who uses a very sharp knife and with one stroke across the juggler, slaughters the animal!.) That is considered the kindest way to slaughter an animal where death is instantaneous!. Kosher laws also prohibit cooking dairy and meat products together, hence no cheese burgers!. The laws are very complex and they are not meant to be understood rationally , just obeyed by people of the Jewish faith!. Some say the laws don't apply today because we can guard against trichinosis!. Pigs are really " clean" animals!. The Bible says don't eat pig, so we don't eat pork!. That's all there is to it!. We do it because G-d says so!. Some people mistakenly think that it means the food was blessed by a rabbi!. Not true!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Kosher foods are those that conform to the Jewish dietary laws!. Reasons for food being considered non-kosher include the presence of ingredients derived from non-kosher animals or from kosher animals that were not properly slaughtered, a mixture of meat and milk, wine or grape juice (and their derivatives) produced by gentiles, the use of produce from Israel that has not been tithed properly, or even the use of cooking utensils and machinery which had previously been used for non-kosher food!.
