When making chicken breast I make enough for several meals!. If I want spicy foods for a few days I will grill chicken breast with a mexican seasoning blend and serve that one night with salads and garlic bread!.
Meal 2 - quesadillas with caramelized onions, sauteed mushrooms and pepper jack cheese
Meal 3 - chicken enchiladas - diced chicken breast inside a flour tortilla shell with canned green chilies and pepper jack cheese, roll and bake covered in red enchilada sauce

I do the same thing with steaks!. Make extra and have 2 additional meals, one might be steak quesadillas and one might me cheese steak sandwiches!.

I find it helpful to do that for easy meal planning!. Fantastic stragegy to take the guess work out of meal planning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like roast beef!. There is so much you can do with the leftover meat!.

First there are simple roast beef sandwiches!. Then you can grind up the meat and use any leftover potatoes to make shepherd's pie or pierogies!. Then you can make sandwiches again out of the leftover shepherd's pie!. Or you can cut up the meat and mix it with any leftover gravy to make a stroganoff!. And that goes great on toast for a lunch or dinner!.

Pork roast is very versatile, too!. You can pull the leftovers apart and pour on BBQ sauce to make BBQ pork sandwiches or add a can of beans for pork'n'bean dinner!. Cut up pieces of leftover pork roast go great in a stir fry, too!. You can also make an easy sweet-n-sour sauce with brown sugar, dill pickle juice & ketchup for sweet-n-sour pork to go with a vegetable stir fry or rice for a Chinese food dinner!. Any leftover sweet-n-sour pork makes good sandwiches, too!.

With ground meat, the sky's the limit! Fry up a whole bunch the first night with a little taco seasoning for tacos!. Then add some tomato soup or paste for spaghetti sauce!. Then spread the leftovers on a pizza crust and make pizza!. Or dump it into a pot and make hamburger soup!. Or add more seasonings and sauce and make sloppy joes!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

If I have left over chicken breast or even turkey from Thanksgiving, I make what I call Turkey balls, I use cut up turkey and mix it with the left over stuffing roll it in flour and fry them, if I still have left overs, I take the meat and veggies and make a soup or stew!. I made stuffed chicken breast in a red sauce and the next night I used the left overs for pizza!. I love to use leftovers!. I hate wasting food!.

Have a Nice Day:)Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is the best, buy a good size piece of pork!. I like to use pork butt!. Cook it in the crockpot the 1st night and eat it that way!. The next day take some out and put bbq sauce on it and make sandwhiches and the last night make this

Mexican Roll Ups
This is something I made up its a great way to use left over meat!.

Use one of your choice
Shredded Chicken, shredded beef or shredded pork
Put in skillet with 1 pkg of taco seasoning
Add enough water so that you may simmer it, not to much

After simmering like 20 min
Place small amount in to soft burrito shell, I like to use the large ones!.
Roll them up and secure with toothpicks
In deep fryer or skillet, brown til golden brown
They will be crunchy
Serve with sour cream, salsa or gucamole

Dont forget to remove toothpicks !!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

A whole Turkey!. Learn how to butcher the turkey!. It's just a little harder than butchering a chicken, and that's not hard at all!.
Turkey Breast -Smoke and slice it for sandwiches and salads
Tenderloins - Grill them or fry them
Legs- Marinate and BBQ them slow
Wings - Smother them in the oven with gravy, and lay over rice
Thighs - Grind the meat and make breakfast sausage
Carcass - Simmer the bones for 6 hours in a large stockpot
take the remaining turkey scraps and make turkey noodle soup

I use leftovers alot, but skip a night between them!. I alternate our meals with beef, chicken, fish!.!.!.!.!. Roast beef makes great beef stroganoff later; fried chicken makes good fried chicken salad; Turkey makes great casseroles !.!.!. and, of course, whole roasted chickens make all sorts of things!Www@FoodAQ@Com
